Embracing Creativity
For me there is a compulsiveness that draws me to find outlets for the words swirling through my head and the emotions that arise. I am a generational artist, and I use that in the purest most untrained form, a family lineage of industrial design and silk-screening, of painting and drawing, of the musical ears that can play with a few hummed notes, of the engineering mind that produced the collection of wood turned masterpieces. And in the slog of the middle years, when self absorbed many roles and creativity was tucked into a pocket to come back to later, it now creeps back in, knocking on my heart finding a way to step out.
Written Expression
So too, the words now flow and the tuning is set to wonder and curiosity, possibility and back to the innocence of ‘What if…’ Life pokes holes in us, and it is how we turn those lessons into beauty and gratitude that matters. As with all choices, the words we use matter, writing my way into a better self each day is how I choose to honour this fabulous opportunity to live, to grow and be me.
Sharing the Mirror
Although comments and correspondence are blocked, I invite you to reflect and be inspired. Capturing moments in time from inner thoughts and outward expressions, encouraging you to reflect on your own experiences. This intersection offers a unique space for contemplation, inviting you to pause, observe, and perhaps find a piece of your own story or a mirror that offers you a next step in peace and joy.
